Please note: Due to the cost of each tour, Erik’s Minnesota Adventures requires a minimum of four guests registered in order to proceed with a tour. We reserve the right to cancel tours 48 hours in advance due to low registration. All guests will be notified by email and refunded should a cancellation occur on behalf of Erik's Minnesota Adventures. Our tour guides take their jobs seriously and it is disheartening when tours are cancelled unexpectedly due to low volunteer participation. In addition, we allocate financial resources to each tour and incur lost funds when unscheduled cancellations occur. Therefore, we request that you cancel your registration for tours no later than 48 hours in advance (phone number will be provided in confirmation e-mail). Exercise and a healthy, active lifestyle are very important to Tim. Equipped with a discerning palate and an appreciation for the finer things in life, Tim is a talented chef and in the process of creating his own cookbook. He grew up in North Carolina and California and recently moved to Minnesota, where he has discovered his affinity for Jucy Lucy burgers! A funny and witty young man, Tim’s myriad interests include World War I trench warfare, comedy, paintball, boxing, Cross Fit, UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and Mixed Martial Arts.
