Timeless - A Charity Jazz Concert

Come enjoy a night of jazz music while contributing to local non-profit organizations! The performing band, Charlotte Jazz Band, is affiliated to the 501(c) non-profit organization, the Charlotte Concert Band. It is a community band dedicated to performing quality music to Charlotte residents.

Concert will start at 7pm and end at 9pm with intermissions. Doors will open at 6pm for guests to come and enjoy some heavy hors d'oeuvres from local non-profit caterers.

Through a night of entertainment, guests will be able to experience the different ways local non-profit organizations are benefiting the community. In addition, proceeds made from the concert will go o SHARE Charlotte partners King's Kitchen, Community Culinary School and Friendship Trays.

The goal of this event is to raise awareness of local non-profits benefitting the Charlotte community. With that awareness, hopefully more residents can join in the effort of giving back this community in which they live, work, and love.

What is covered in the ticket price?

The ticket price covers some administrative fees (budget will be made available as we get closer to the event), money for the Charlotte Jazz Band, non-profit caterers, and SHARE Charlotte partners. The more people who come and enjoy the night of jazz, the more money we can donate to King's Kitchen, Friendship Trays and Community Culinary School!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes - this is a way for us to identify the attendees to the event.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No minimum age requirement, but we do ask that attendees to not disrupt the concert while it's going on.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There's a big parking lot at Elevation Blakeney that you can park at for free.

What can I bring into the event?

There's no restriction to what you can bring, but we do ask that you do not eat or drink inside the auditorium where the concert is taken place, per facility policy. However, there will be appetizers available in the lobby area that you can enjoy.
