The Black Business Employee Network, (BBEN) is an employee network focused on building an inclusive, supportive community throughout the regional and corporate Charlotte-based locations to advance Time Warner Cable values and business goals throughout the African American communities, while at the same time providing and sponsoring professional development opportunities for our employees. In addition, BBEN connects with different TWC business units to provide strategic support, as well connect externally to multicultural organizations and build partnerships that will enhance TWC’s brand of products and diversify our employee base.
