ON-SITE SUPERVISION: Girls registered for TOFG must have an adult on-site, preferably attending TOFW, who is responsible for them in case of an emergency. This adult will be responsible for her girl/girls throughout the duration of the 2-day event. During registration, the on-site adult who will be responsible for the attendee, along with their mobile phone number, must be listed. At the event, TOFG attendees will be required to wear a wristband with their name written on it at all times. Time Out for Girls staff is limited, but the event room and lobby will be monitored with adult supervision during scheduled event times to ensure safety and locality of TOFG attendees. TOFG attendees will not be allowed to leave the event area or building without an adult. TOFW /TOFG is not responsible for accident or injury. TOFG may dismiss attendees at will as a result of misbehavior or misconduct by TOFG attendees. The TOFW breaks are timed to release 5 minutes prior to the TOFG breaks, giving time for parents or leaders to meet their girls when the event breaks. Break times will be included in the TOFW program.
