Home office unveiled the UK's new points-based visa after Brexit. It will take effect on 1 January 2021. Also, UK employers require a Sponsor Licence in order to employ skilled foreign nationals from outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. So government advice employers apply for Tier 2 sponsor licences.
