This advanced two-day training is designed for practitioners interested in learning how to plan and lead Circles to resolve harm and conflict. In this process, participants address the harm that has been caused as well as the underlying causes of the situation. This process emphasizes the importance of building connection, recognizing strengths and repairing relationships before addressing the issue of harm. Although helpful in many contexts, it is especially useful for chronic issues where trust is seriously eroded. The training is both experiential and skills- based. Participants will practice preparing, planning, designing and facilitating circles.
