The purpose of this event is to bring routine in our own and your cold water swimming routine. We're just starting with this, so we do not have a strictly delinieated idea of how this event should be organised. For now it would be nice to keep it simple. Just some breathing and then cold water immersion.

If you want to join, but the date and time for the event does not suit you. Let me know, then we'll try to find a moment that suits most of the people best.

When there is enoug people that want to join the event we will look for a place to get into the water where it is safe, so the event is not in the city center of Amersfoort. If you have any ideas on where we could best enter the water around Amersfoort, let me know.
