Burnout has major consequences for yourself, your family, your work - in short, your whole life. So, this very actual topic may interest you if not you yourself, but a family member, friend, colleagues, employees,… has been confronted with burnout.

There are many ways to look at burnout, and a lot ways to handle. More importantly, however, is the question: “Do you lead your Life according to your specific design ?”. Are you aligned ? In fact, it’s already blueprinted at birth where and in which circumstances you can possibly be prone to burnout.

Many people notice that they are HSP (highly sensitive person) after or during a burnout a burnout. Sometimes it seems that both go hand in hand.

Often one looks at all kinds of factors that they have little or no grip on. The (work) environment, work (type, pressure & organisation), attitude of boss, colleagues etc.

However, with burnout, as with most challenges in our lives, it’s about taking full responsibility for what is happening….yourself… To address the root cause of the problem. Not focussing on the symptoms. So it’s good to question yourself. Are you living your life as it is meant to be ? Everyone is unique. Has anyone ever shown you the manual of your own life?

The core issue of burnout is: What kind of energy do I have (by nature), for doing what, what purposes, and how do I use it optimally? Where and when do I risk red light alert ? How do I make the best decisions? What kind of jobs, responsibilities are for me, and which are not?

In this workshop, we want to provide a unique way to look at burnout and give you the opportunity to get started straight-away avoiding or healing.

1. HUMAN DESIGN

Each of the participants gets his own Human Design Bodygraph. The headlines of your personal energetic manual. Learn about you’re ‘not-self’ and the consequences of not choosing for living your own individual design.

2. ENNEAGRAM

The Enneagram also brings you your type and explains what core qualities you can further develop to greatly reduce your stress.

3. BODYWORK

We teach you some very simple but very effective exercises that you can apply to yourself and which are very regenerative.

4. SUPERFOODS

We provide you with the list of basic super foods that should not be missed in your daily diet and which make a huge difference if you eat it on a daily basis.

Giulia May fought for a burnout for years and can thus speak out of experience about these methods.
