About this event
This session is designed to everyone who is looking to find space of balance peace and harmony. This session include meditation, movement, breathing techniques.
After this class your energy level will increase and space for balance, peace, harmony. Moreover level of anger, confusion and fear will decrease.
I will share with you how to use an organic tools such as yoga, meditation, breathing technics to see yourself as the creator of the space for your own need.
Despite all of this, you will experience the power of intention and being present.

Before Yoga
Let me know if you have any injuries, health conditions, special requirements, or if you are pregnant. That will allow me to plan and adjust classes according to your needs.
Hydrate yourself during the day. It’s generally advised not to drink throughout the class, so make sure you come hydrated.
Let me know 24 hours ahead if are unable to attend a class. Otherwise, standard costs will apply.
Class Length
Yoga will take 60 minutes.
