Bill Davies will lead a discussion about the French and Spanish activity in South Carolina during the 1500s and dispel misinformation about relationships between indigenous Americans and the English settlers at Jamestown, VA. Join us in the evening for light refreshments and a trip into the forgotten past of South Carolina.

About the organizer

The Revolutionary War Visitor Center at Camden tells the story of the Southern Campaign (1780-1781). In addition to our permanent exhibit, the center hosts programs on the American Revolution, South Carolina's colonial era, and colonial Camden. Our programs focus on all the people who lived and fought during the American Revolution.
