We are in a time where there is no shortage of uncertainty, challenge and loss which has shaken our lives deeply into the core individually and collectively.
During this time, as stress and duress run high, it can seem even more difficult to “plug into” your truest, heart centered self to attune with and listen into to hear and sense your inner wealth of wisdom.
Your truest heart centered self is your masterful observer, supporting you to gain a healthy “perspective on your perspective”, providing self soothing love and more purposeful presence and connection for your overall health and wellbeing.
Please join Heather Meyer, Neil McGuffog, and Kelei Baker Leak for an evening of presence of connection and collaboration through easily digestible education, engagement, and exploration. We want to support you to be the loving editor, director, and creator behind the camera lens with loving resonance serving you, rather than being the one swept up in the storyline of our current life history!
Heather will be sharing how the Nurtured Heart Approach framework can support you with being in the present moment with calm, connection and clarity while nurturing your inner wealth; Neil will provide you with how chair yoga and mindful narration can guide you in self-appreciation and acceptance, and groundedness; and Kelei will take you on a richly expansive meditative journey to support you in safely and deeply attuning to your loving highest good.

The collaborative is hosting free/virtual events monthly.
Our CCC was inspired by the documentary "Is Your Story Making You Sick?" The film follows the journey of eight courageous individuals as they transform their personal stories of pain, suffering, and breakdown into breakthrough.
