Event description

Description

The holidays, for many of us, are the hardest part of the year. What we hope will be a season of peace and nourishment often becomes chaotic, depleting, and even toxic. In this panel discussion workshop, we'll explore such issues as:

  • How do I deal with the stress of holiday busyness?
  • How can I manage my well-being in the midst of distressing family situations?
  • How can I create space for my personal/spiritual values within the holiday season?
  • In what ways can I replenish myself during the holidays so that I can create space for experiencing the joy, peace, and spiritual nourishment I seek?

We're VERY excited about this workshop, as we'll have some very special guests on our panel. So please come and join us for an afternoon of exploration, and as always, connection.

**This is not a religious or spiritually centered event, but rather an event focused on personal well-being and creating healthy relationships. Women of ALL spiritual backgrounds are welcome. Our commitment is to create a safe space of non-judgment, empathy, and compassion, and we will ask our attendees to uphold the same commitment.

**We'll provide light refreshments and coffee, and lunch will be on your own. We'll provide a list of lunch suggestions.
