Description

Join Ananda Leeke, a mindfulness teacher and author, for a free 30-minute meditation class. During the class you will have a chance to practice a centering meditation and a meditation that focuses on mindfulness of the body and breath. Meet by the waterfall located on the lower level of the park near the entrance at 16th and W Streets, NW in Washington, DC.

The class is offered as a part of Ananda's Thriving Mindfully Summer of Self-Care. a three-month journey that began on June 21st and ends on September 20th. Read more about it here (includes event schedule and self-care pledge).
