About this Event
Mindfulness meditation is one healthy way we can use to practice self-care. Join Ananda Leeke, an award-winning wellness professional, author, and artist, for the Thriving Mindfully Academy's Mindful Monday Meditation Class on the first Mondays in June, July, August, September, October, November, and December from 7-8 p.m. ET. Each class will include a centering meditation followed by a brief check-in and a mindfulness of the body and breath meditation.
Throughout the event, Ananda will share mindful quotes, poetry, and reflections from her three books, Love's Troubadours (yoga-inspired novel), That Which Awakens Me (mindful creativity memoir), and Digital Sisterhood (mindful tech memoir). All of her books are available on Amazon. Go here:
The 30-minute virtual session is offered on a donation basis via Zoom. Suggested donations range from $10 , $15, and $20. There is also a pay what you can donation.
