About this Event

Mindfulness meditation is one healthy way we can use to practice self-care. Join Ananda Leeke, an award-winning wellness professional, author, and artist, for the Thriving Mindfully Academy's Mindful Monday Meditation and Sound Bath on the first Mondays in June, July, August, September, October, November, and December from 7-8 p.m. ET. Each class will begin with a listening meditation and a sound bath followed by a brief check-in. A mindfulness of the body and breath meditation and a closing loving kindness meditation will also be included.

Throughout the event, Ananda will share mindful quotes, poetry, and reflections from her three books, Love's Troubadours (yoga-inspired novel), That Which Awakens Me (mindful creativity memoir), and Digital Sisterhood (mindful tech memoir). All of her books are available on Amazon. Go here:

The hour-long virtual session is offered on a donation basis via Zoom. Suggested donations range from $10 , $15, and $20. There is also a pay what you can donation.
