Thriving in Chaos, a conversation and poetry reading featuring Heidi Seaborn, author of the award-winning debut poetry collection, Give a Girl Chaos {see what she can do} and Pattie Sellers, Founder of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women and Sellers|Easton Media.

Heidi Seaborn is Editorial Director for The Adroit Journal, a New York University MFA candidate and author of an award-winning debut book of poetry Give a Girl Chaos {see what she can do} from Mastodon Books (March 2019). Since Heidi started writing in 2016, she’s won or been shortlisted for nearly two dozen awards and published in numerous journals and anthologies, in a chapbook Finding My Way Home and in a political pamphlet Body Politic. She graduated from Stanford University and is on the board of Tupelo Press.

SellersEaston Media Co-CEO Pattie Sellers is a former assistant managing editor of Fortune and currently Chair of the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit. An award-winning magazine writer, interviewer and multimedia journalist, Pattie wrote more than 20 cover stories during her three decades writing for Fortune. Pattie’s resume includes groundbreaking interviews with Warren Buffett, Rupert Murdoch, and Nike founder Phil Knight, and definitive profiles of Melinda Gates, Ted Turner, former Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, Oprah Winfrey, former Coca-Cola Chairman Muhtar Kent, Heineken heir Charlene de Carvalho-Heineken, and many other leaders in global business and other fields.
