In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to feel lost or disconnected from our true selves. The last few years have shaken up a lot of priorities and desires. But what if there was a way to embrace these changes and use them as a catalyst for personal growth and self-healing?
Introducing Thriving Authentically: Embracing Self-Healing, a virtual course designed to help you navigate these shifts and design a life that aligns with your deepest desires. Through a combination of guided self-reflection, group discussions, and actionable steps, you'll learn how to identify your core values and create a clear plan for achieving your health, spiritual, mental/emotional, and/or material goals.
Led by Dr. Kay Hubbard, a Naturopathic Doctor and therapist with a wealth of experience in personal growth and healing, this course will provide you with the tools and support you need to cultivate a more fulfilling and authentic life. Over the course of 12 Weeks, you'll explore topics such as:
- Navigating change and uncertainty
- Remembering who you are
- Practicing self-care, self-healing, and self-love
- Setting achievable goals and designing a plan for a life that aligns with you
By the end of the course, you'll have a clear vision for your future and the tools to make it a reality. The final two weeks of the course will be dedicated to group presentations, where you'll have the opportunity to share your vision with the group and receive affirmation and support from your peers.

Join Thriving Authentically: Embracing Self-Healing, a virtual course designed to help you navigate change and create a life that aligns with your passions and purpose. Led by Dr. Kay Hubbard, this course will guide you through self-reflection, group discussions, and actionable steps to identify your core values, practice self-compassion, set achievable goals, and create a clear plan for success. By the end of the course, you'll have a vision for your future and the tools to make it a reality. Note: Sessions over the 12 weeks are designed to meet once each week on Mondays OR Saturdays. The cohorts are separate, meaning Monday participants will meet at the same time each Monday and Saturday participants will be meeting only on Saturdays each week. Please pick the day of the week in which you have the most consistent availability.
Dr. Kay focuses on the intersection of health, self-empowerment, and creativity. Using the gifts of Naturopathic therapies to create the basis for health, she encourages her clients to cultivate the desire and skill to heal themselves. Kay utilizes homeopathy, botanical formulations, nutritional guidance, and holistic counseling to address each client as an individual. She is also trained in an array of mental wellness therapeutic modalities including: Narrative, Mindfulness-Based, Creative Arts, African-Centered, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her style is warm, conversational, and tailored to you. Kay obtained her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences and graduated from Antioch University, LA with an MA in Clinical Psychology in June 2022. Kay also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. Through meditation and medical school, she learned that physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are equally important to a person’s wellness.
