Begin the day by digging into your personal "Why".
Once you have determined your "Why", top insurance agent Jordan Porteous who became the #2 producing agent in the country for his company only 18 months after opening his business, will walk you through an exercise to build your database and gain more referrals. He would know as he is currently on pace to end the year with over 300 new clients.
Next, there will be a panel of top Realtors actively selling before 2006; they will share how they failed, survived, and thrived through that major downturn in the market... all before lunch!
Once you're fueled up by a provided lunch, Paul Miller, CEO of Business By Design, one of the leading tax advising companies for Realtors and real estate brokerages in Minnesota, will share tax strategies as you prepare your 2022 taxes and create a plan for 2023.
Realtor Bethany Nelson will provide you with an editable spreadsheet and walk you through how to calculate the number of families you need to serve (transactions) to earn the income to achieve your goals. Bethany will also provide you with her annual marketing campaign, which gives her over 70 transactions annually just from her database.
We will end the day learning from two 30-year-old real estate investors, turned Realtors who own 43 doors between them, how to build a big portfolio and business through investing and teaching others to do the same.
