Description
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to, and noticing, behaviors, feelings, and thoughts in the present moment. Teaching our children mindfulness can improve their ability to regulate emotions and exercise self-control. It can help to reduce stress, boost immunity, and improve future academic success. Parents need it too! Relax, in this interactive, parent-child mindfulness session and learn easy take-home strategies to create a thriving family.
This one-hour introductory workshop is suitable for children ages 5-10.
