Mike O’Brien
Worship Leader Bootcamp Director

For 18 years Mike served as the worship leader of Vineyard Community Church in Marietta GA preparing thousands of weekend and special services under the leadership of one pastor. He oversaw a collective of 25+ musicians that wrote, recorded, and led worship services for VCC. That collective, Poured Out Like Wine, recorded 7 albums with over 15 published songs with Vineyard Worship USA.

Mike works as a producer, engineer, and mixer at Lucko Sound Studio. Since 1997 he has recorded dozens of local church and singer-songwriter projects including Miami Vineyard Live and Not Be Moved. Mike serves the Vineyard Movement and the church at large with worship team training and production. His blog is focused on the practical heart and skill teaching for the 21st-century worship leader.

Dan Wilt says, “Mike O’Brien is one of the Vineyard’s most articulate communicators on the topic of contemporary worship leadership. His ability to break down complex ideas into memorable phrases and move-forward practices is second-to-none. I wholeheartedly recommend that you have Mike in to work with you, your musicians, and your techs. You won’t regret it; he carries the heart of worship deep within him – and it spills out everywhere.”

Mike is currently a top contributor to, an online training media library for worship teams. He has also done extensive worship team training throughout India. His heart is to come alongside the average worship joe in the trenches and help him or her champion a worship journey vision that serves the local church. Mike earned a B.A in Music from Kennesaw State University and an M.W.S at the Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. He lives in Atlanta GA with his wife Susan and son Ezekiel.

Anabeth Morgan

Anabeth Morgan is the Worship Pastor for the Mile High Vineyard. Originally from a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee, Anabeth has always loved the church. It was within the walls of the Vineyard Church in Kansas City, MO that she began to feel God tugging on her heart to lead others in worship. With the help of wonderful leaders and friends, she began her journey in worship leading. Her heart is to see God’s Kingdom come to earth so that people would be healed, set free, changed and moved to say “Yes!” to Jesus. She joined the Mile High Vineyard staff in 2011.
In addition to her role at Mile High Vineyard, she serves Vineyard Worship for events and has been featured on numerous Vineyard Worship recordings including “Bringing the World to Life,” “I Love Your Presence – Live from Phoenix,” “Cultivation Generation Live – My Foundation,” “Servant Wide Awake,” and most recently, “Shine On Us - live from Cause Con.” She recently released her first solo record called "A Place Your Glory Dwells" in December of 2017.

Anabeth is a graduate of Mississippi State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Exercise Science, and Psychology. She and her college sweetheart, Kyle, have been married since 2003. She has one beautiful daughter, Jovie May, and one sweet smiling boy, Miles.

 Tim Brown

Tim Brown is the creative arts pastor at Canyon View Vineyard Church in Grand Junction, CO. Along with serving in his local church, Tim participates regularly with recording projects and teaching opportunities Vineyard Worship oversees. Tim has served in worship ministry for over 15 years with emphasis within the Vineyard for the past 11.

Tim also heads up Kaleo Music which has recorded popular Vineyard songs such as “Rejoice” and “Have Your Way”. Tim has a passion for excellence and presence to collide in the local church.

Jenna Greenwell

Jenna Greenwell is a Spiritual Director and the volunteer Worship Ministry Leader for the Vineyard Church in Billings, Montana, where she also serves on staff in administration and communications. She is originally from northern Colorado, and spent time on both coasts while in college. Her husband, Adam, served in the Marine Corps before being called to pastor, and as their lives shifted to accommodate this calling they accidentally met the Vineyard movement (and felt like they had found their tribe). Together, they spent five years at the Springs Vineyard in Colorado Springs, Colorado before moving to Billings in 2013.

Jenna never intended to be a worship leader, but found herself filling in when each church was between worship pastors. Slowly, it became clear that worship was part of her purpose. This led to a transforming season of mentoring, personal spiritual direction and counseling. She fell in love with the spiritual formation process, which led her to enroll in the Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction to become a director herself and start her own direction practice. Aside from professional achievements, Jenna has given much time and effort (and gained much joy) in shepherding a family. Adam and Jenna have three daughters and enjoy helping them grow into the people they are intended to be, all the while fully understanding that the girls are making them grow in far greater ways.

Jenna is a big fan of cheesecake, sunsets, banjos, and sarcasm. She can be found online at

Matt Farrand
Communications & Instructor

As a pastor’s son in a rural church, Matt grew up running sound, fixing gear, helping lead worship… whatever was needed to make Sundays happen. He was called to worship ministry at an early age and has been leading weekly services for over 20 years.

During that time, Matt has built and scaled systems to facilitate worship at every stage from church plant to large multisite congregations. His experience includes developing young worship leaders, multiplying teams, cultivating a songwriting community, church building projects, sound system design & installation, and helping launch new locations.

Matt understands bootstrapping, shoestring budgets, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. Whether technology, music theory, or theology, he enjoys passing on practical knowledge to other worship leaders. Pastor Rick Olmstead says, “Matt's heart to train and empower others had blessed our church and reinvigorated our worship gatherings on Sundays.”

Matt studied worship arts at North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. He and his wife Teri live in Fort Collins, CO with their daughter Tatum and son Mac where Matt serves as worship pastor at Vineyard Church of the Rockies.

Vineyard Worship

Vineyard Worship exists as an organic extension of the Vineyard church movement in the USA (Vineyard USA). We are, in a phrase, "from the church, for the church.” We are not a music company first and foremost; we are a non-profit worship ministry. Our efforts will be centered in the cultivation and empowerment of the core value of worship in the Vineyard or more simply put "to help the local church experience God", rather than in a profit-driven music business model.
