This is not a "come and get inspired" thing where you forget it by the next weekend; this is on-the-court, in-your-life training.
Each month we will offer a new workshop with a new powerful topic and new amazing speakers.
We want to empower you to become your very BEST self, by
teaching you how to truly believe in yourself and your endless possibilities.

Has been on a path helping people find and own their innate power (what she calls “InPower”) her entire life.
She’s been training and teaching martial arts and defense for over 20 years and is a 4th degree Black Belt Master Instructor and owner of her own martial arts studio in Denver CO. She’s also a certified Anger Management Educator, Adrenal Stress Training Coach, fitness professional and massage therapist with a background in several healing modalities (she worked at and ran a crisis hotline all through college and has concentrations in both Social Work and Psychology).
Theresa was a natural born protector and made it her mission to help teach people how to gracefully set boundaries and live in their own power; become a leading authority on self-defense, personal power and also a Master Boundary Setting Educator.
Theresa’s also a published author and online columnist with “The Good Men Project” and “Huffington Post”. Her first book, “InPower: 3 Ways to Unleash Your Superpowers” came out in 2013 as a workbook.
Dr. Carrie is a psychologist and expert in habit change and using the principles of brain science to help people make effective, lasting changes in their lives. She is the author of a forthcoming self-help book offering 99 tips, tricks and tools to help yourself stress less and enjoy life more (the title is still top secret!). In her spare time, Dr. Carrie tries to actually follow her own advice and loves to be outside, hang with her daughter, make yummy dinners with her friends and go on adventures with her boyfriend.
Dr. Carrie wants to help you thrive over time. She is tired of hearing women struggle so much and feel miserable with their lives. Instead of focusing on all the inevitable problems, challenges and issues we will run into, let’s learn how to put into place a series of small habits that lead you towards your best life. Dr. Carrie will teach you about some of our most basic brain functioning, and let you in on the secrets to working with your brain instead of against it to create positive daily habits and rituals that really make you feel better about yourself and your life. She will teach you how to use the concept of compounding success over time, making small changes really add up.
