February is the month of love, most importantly self love! Show your heart some love by joining Three Hart Connection in our second annual Healthy Hart 5K! Physical fitness is an important pillar of our organization and this February we want to encourage you to move. Register for our event and get active, have fun and help us raise money to support Project H.A.R.T. which is our emergency transitional services for domestic violence survivors.

Run, walk, peloton, swim, etc. at your own pace anytime between February 12th and February 26th to raise funds for domestic violence victims and survivors!

• You can run for the fun of it with family and friends (safely distanced)!

• Post pictures/video on our event page and social media sites while on your run/walk - and be entered into chance to win an Apple Smart Watch OR Samsung Smart Watch.(which were provided by our awesome sponsors!)

Registration Details:

Registration is Jan. 15 - 14 Feb at 11:59 pm PST

• Event goodies will be mailed out in waves to all participants at the close of registration around 14 Feb.

Registration Fee:

• $35 (includes 2022 Paint splat medal guaranteed for the first 50 registrations) . EVERYONE who participates will get 1 entry for a chance to win an Apple Watch OR a Samsung Smart Watch. There will be one winner of each watch. The winners will be announced via live (instagram/facebook) February 26, 2022.

How does a virtual run/walk work?

• Run, walk, peloton, etc. a 5k distance (3.1 miles) anywhere by February 26th by 11:59 pm PST

• Follow social distance rules and CDC guidelines

• Post your results on FB and/or Instagram and tag us!

Results can be a screen shot from an app (Strava, Garmin, iPhone, etc.), a picture of your smartwatch, or just the stats (we trust you).

No refunds. There will be no refunds issued for this event.
