Join Chef Nick Liu (Dailo), Chef Trevor Lui (Kanpai Snack Bar), Chef Christine Cushing, Chef John Placko, Chef Dan Craig (Ritz-Carlton), Chef Keith Pears (Delta Toronto) & Culinary instructor Chef Keith Hoare, his students and hospitality industry friends for the ultimate garden party. Stroll through Thistletown's 14000 sq.ft. organic garden while dining on Spanish inspired food from some of Toronto's best Chefs and the culinary students from Thistletown. Come taste the amazing school produce being incorporated into the Spanish Market stations. There will be an on site cooking demo stage and a silent auction table featuring great prizes. Chef Keith has worked with his students on fundraising cooking initiatives to raise money to send his students to Italy ('13 & '17), and Spain/France ('15), proceeds from this event are being used to send 25 students on a culinary focused field trip to Spain in 2019. The event is rain or shine (the event will be indoors if inclement weather is expected). Children under 12 free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
