Is your old home running up your utility bills? By making small, affordable changes you can transform your old home into a healthy and efficient home. Join us for our first Sustainability Speaker Series event to learn how! Sean Armstrong will provide attendees with best practices for improving old homes. Sean has extensive experience working on affordable, low-income housing. He will explain product and price options for replacing stoves, space heating, laundry dryers, water heaters, and more. Bring your questions about your own house, so we can help you save money and reduce pollution!

Sean Armstrong is the Managing Principal of Redwood Energy. He has worked for 25 years in building electrification. He has designed over 10,000 all-electric residences for disadvantaged communities. Sean has co-authored five practical guides to building electrification. He has also worked on the development of gas bans and the California Energy Code. Sean has received sustainable design awards from the United Nations, the U.S. Department of Energy and the SoCal Building Industry Association.
