This Night's for You: An Evening of Relaxation

Description
After enjoying a light dinner buffet and hearing a brief encouragement to "take time for ourselves," we will put that statement into practice!
Each woman will have a choice of two of the following 30-minute breakout sessions:
Session One: Reiki with Tina Conroy
Learn how Reiki treatment can help balance your systems and help you cope with a variety of health conditions.
Session Two: Meditation/Aromatherapy with Debbie McElligott
Experience two integrative modalities that may be used to decrease stress and improve your health.
Session Three: Chair Yoga with Lisa Bondy
You'll be guided to use your breath and gentle movements to increase relaxation and decrease tension.
Also offered on a "first come, first serve" basis the day of the event:
- Go Red Manicure (available throughout the evening)
- 10 Minute Massage for $10 (can only be purchased at the event with cash or check)
