For generations, we just trusted, believed and did what she said no matter how crazy it sounded! If you’re honest, you still are using some of grandma’s health and healing tips today. Let's have some fun breaking down a few of these favorites with a light hearted but educational quiz show called This Is Your Health. The host will ask 4 contestants health questions. We encourage you to have fun and play from home.
