Elaine Koyama takes us to 1976 as a fresh college graduate hired by agri-giant Cargill, breaking barriers to climb the management ladder.

About this Event

Join Elaine as she describes the back story to her memoir, LET ME IN a Japanese American Woman Crashes the Corporate Club 1976-1996. Elaine was one of the first women and first minorities hired by Cargill for their exclusive management training program. Follow her as she pushes through doors the women's movement opened.
