Thirroul is a small town 1.5 hours south of Sydney, wedged between the escarpment and the sea. ‘It’s the pick of the coast!’ or so the century-old sign at Thirroul Train Station would have you believe. It turns out, we’re believers! Which is why we decided to launch the inaugural Thirroul Music Festival on Sunday 10th November, 2019 – a joint-production by local music promoters Aaron Curnow (Spunk Records) and Luke Woods (On The Beach Series) celebrating the town of Thirroul and showcasing Australia’s very best country and folk acts (over 20 in total!) across three of our favourite local venues; Thirroul Railway Hall (Country), Franks Wild Years (Folk), and Finbox (Alternative). Tickets are now officially SOLD OUT! All ticket-holders will be issued a wristband on arrival at the participating venues. Wristbands serve as a multi-venue pass and allow access to all three venues on the day. Playing times have just been released – please visit the respective venue pages for more info.
