This in-person event will help you connect with your inner wisdom, intuition and your higher self . Please note this session is not suitable for anyone who has a pacemaker or is going through a serious mental health crisis.

Please also remember to bring with you blankets, pillow, eyemask plus a yoga mat and extra bedding to lay upon. YOu need to warn and relaxed to fully go deep into a meditative state.
