The 911der Women Foundation invites you to join us for our third annual virtual 5K! You can walk, jog, run, or roll indoors or outdoors to participate. Women, men, children and dogs are all invited to participate. Over the last two years we had over 1,300 participants!
Our Empower 5K will take place from April 6 - April 9, 2023 to account for the often crazy schedules of our incredible 911 dispatchers.
How to Participate:
- Complete the 5K at anytime over the four day period.
- Walk, run, jog or roll
- Go outside, use a treadmill, use a bike, walk around your neighborhood, walk around your center, use whatever you have!
Let's see those selfies! Please take a photo and post it on social media. Be sure to tag us in your pictures using the hashtag #Empower5K and #911derWomen so we can share on our website and social media pages.
Participants will receive a race t-shirt of your choosing, a race bib, and the first 500 registrants will receive a finisher's medal!
When you register, you can sign up for the race only, or for the race, a race t-shirt and racing bib. If want your t-shirt in time for race weekend, be sure to sign up by March 6, 2023. Registrations received after March 6, will still receive race shirts, but they won't arrive until after the race.
