Thinking Towards Action
Event Information
Description
The University of Toronto Philosophy Course Union presents Thinking Toward Action: 2019 Underrepresented Philosophy Conference. This year's conference bridges disciplines to create an invested dialogue on the state of knowledge in higher learning and ethics in morally precarious times. We encourage students from all disciplines to attend and engage with our speakers.

Regina Rini is the Canada Research Chair in Philosophy of Moral and Social Cognition at the York University. Her research resides at the intersections of moral philosophy, psychology, and political epistemology. Her talk is entitled "Microaggression and forward-looking moral responsibility."
