Marketing and Sales for Time-Strapped, Cash-Strapped Small Business Owners and Independent Consultants.

A vast majority of those responsible for marketing & sales in small Market Research agencies are not marketing & sales professionals. And they did not get into Market Research to be in marketing & sales. Most are researchers who, by virtue of their position, simply don’t have a choice. The Think. Plan. Do. Workshop™ is an online workshop designed to teach participants a step-by-step system for marketing & sales:

  1. (Think) Setting the strategic direction for their firm

  2. (Plan) Putting together a functional and usable marketing & sales plan

  3. (Do) Implementing marketing & sales tactics; then smartly measuring the results of those efforts

How it Works:

Step 1: You’ll log in on three consecutive Fridays for a 1-1½ hour online lesson.

Step 2: After each lesson, you’ll have a week to complete your “homework.”

Step 3: After three lessons and three rounds of homework, you will have created a complete, customized marketing & sales program that you can put to use right away. And just in time for 2019.

Add-on - Going to Market: Program Review and Launch Support

Once you've completed the Workshop and have your written marketing & sales program, let Steve Henke help you get ready for launch.

First, Steve will do a thorough review of your program and provide back his recommendations for getting the most out of it. Are your strategies on target? Have you selected the best tactics to support the strategies? Are management systems in place? Is anything missing? And so on.

He will then schedule a 1-hour coaching call with you, where you will walk through your final plan to help you prepare for implementation.
