Think GREEN and Grow RICH

The power, profit and potential of Impact Investing

The traditional financial industry has been based on the heavy use of unfamiliar jargons and terminologies, slow and non-responsive to ever-changing customer demands on different frontiers such as positive social and environmental impact, and not fully transparent.

The new investment approach is based on knowledge sharing instead of product focus, using behavioral psychology to empower, instead of being taken advantage of, and working toward better transparency and more cost-effective strategies using technologies to create financial prosperity as well as positive social and environmental change.

The World Tree Carbon Offset Program is an example of an investment opportunity for people who want to take positive action to reduce their carbon footprint - and make money in the process. The program is based on an investment in growing the Empress Splendor tree, the fastest growing hardwood tree in the world. The tree sequesters 11 times more carbon than any other tree and grows to maturity in just 10 years when it is harvested for valuable lumber. Profits are shared with the investors and the farmers - everyone wins, especially mother nature. The investment can also be registered into a self-directed RRSP or TFSA.
