Join us for Yoga in the heart of Woodbridge every Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm!
The classes are gentle, calming, and stress-relieving and will help stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis will be on the breath and building awareness of this breath flow as we practice asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. This class is recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
No need to bring anything but yourself - yoga mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters will be provided.

Drop-ins are $20 +tax or you can purchase a 5 class pass for $50 +tax, making it $10 +tax per class!
The classes will be led by Sangita Balsara, Yoga Therapist and Instructor
