Detox: December 3rd 2016
Come join us for a morning of hot stones, aromatherapy and yin yoga postures to stimluate the lymphatic system. This practice will begin with abhyanga and lymph brushing. With the body stimulated we will move into meditation, pranyama and an asana practice that moves from yang to yin to flush toxins from the lymphatic system. The oil essences used throughout the practice will promote immunity, fight off colds/ infections and aid in the detoxification of environmental pathogens and internal infections. During our time together you'll be immersed in deeply relaxing postures. You'll leave with practical ways to invite daily detox rituals into your daily life.
