About this event

Our goats love to snuggle and this is their time to shine! This is an all levels (beginners/first timers super welcome!) yoga class kept mainly on the ground to optimize goat cuddles. Our focus is the animals, with some relaxing poses to bring more calm and healing to your life.

Program Itinerary:

  • Brief mindfulness exercise
  • Goat yoga session (mix of hatha and yin yoga with our trained goat snugglers)
  • Extra pictures
  • Hand-washing and Time for purchasing farm products if desired

Each session will include lots of goat cuddles and possible shenanigans to make you laugh, as well as a low impact yoga class. This is a great way to help you release stress, do something good for your body and mind, learn ways to connect more with animals, and just have an hour to be you.

Class full? Check out our Goat and Horse Snuggles 101 Class also on the weekends

What to wear/bring: Plan to wear clothing and shoes that can get a little dirty. Bring a mat and LARGE TOWEL or blanket (we will have towels for rent for $2 if you forget yours). Please bring a mask. Typically we are able to make them optional, but just in case someone is severely immune compromised we may ask that those near them wear a mask. No earrings in ear lobes or necklaces please, and you will want a hair tie for longer hair.

Ages: Recommended ages 6 and up (All minors must be accompanied by an adult for sign in), but younger children are still welcome-These classes lend themselves to relaxing, calm time, so all participants will need to be aware of and open to this. Everyone needs a ticket and should remain on their own mat/towel if at all possible.

Cost: $23 per participant

About the animals: Goat snuggle area: We have 23 Nigerian dwarf goats. Mix of full grown and babies. All are trained to cuddle. There are also two sheep who have spent their whole lives with the goats and cuddling people.

We will no longer be doing feeding before class, but you are still welcome to bring treats for the goats that our staff will give them at regular feeding times.  We are also happy to take your old food you are ready to throw out to give to our pigs Miss Charlotte and Piper throughout the week (dairy, meat, veggies, and fruits)

Limited spots so register early!
