Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to bring the printed ticket with you if your ticket name matches your ID.
BUT If someone else purchased tickets for you we will need to see your printed ticket.
What is the refund policy?
Due to limited seating and high demand for the event we will not offer any refunds.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
In that case, please bring the printed ticket with you.
