Ticket Purchased
If you have not received the ticket information email from us please email info@im-puzzled.com quoting your order number. Once you receive this email please follow the instructions to get setup before you arrive on the day.
Arrival
Hopefully you have already download the app and created your account, if not please follow the steps on the ticket information email. This is a virtual experience so you can start at any time. Once you have redeemed the code and you are at the start location you can start the experience.
Lunch
You can pause the experience at any time to get a drink or some food. All your progress is saved so don't worry about closing the app.
