Join Self Love and Mental Health Advocate, Australia Edinborough, & Mental Health Specialist/Therapist & Energy Enthusiast, Stephanie Davis, M.Ed, LPC for the "Wonder Women Matter" Self Care Session to celebrate your superpower.

In this session, we will revisit areas of self love, boundaries, and tips to reconnect & restore. Are you ready to rebirth your authentic self with other super women?

Participants will:

* Learn practical coping skills that allow participants to creatively express emotions and build their Emotional Intelligence.

*Understand and learn various healing purposes of Vision Boarding, to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress.

*Be given an opportunity to connect with others and share experiences.

About the Hosts:

Australia Edinborough, creator of Persuaded Beauty, will share her inspiring story as a young, single mother battling depression and suicide. Her goal is to reach massive audiences to promote healing and bring awareness to the diversity of mental health along with creating a safe space where women can be heard, promote themselves, and connect with like minded women. Ms. Edinborough uses her adversarial experience as a tool to increase awareness of maternal depression and create opportunities for healing.

Stephanie Davis, M.Ed, LPC, is the Owner and Creative Empowerment Officer of Heartwork Trending Counseling & Consulting Servcies, PLLC. As an author, youth & young adult therapist, former educator and noted "Energy Enthusiast", Ms. Davis strives to change the stigma of mental health in communtiues of color, provide support and build authentic relationships to help teens and their families.
