This adult series will focus on the culinary application of herbs. Classes will meet in the garden to learn about growing conditions, harvesting techniques, and health benefits. Then, we'll move to the kitchen to learn how to prepare the herbs for use as food or tea. Each participant will leave with fresh herbs, samples, and recipes.
