In this Workshop you will experience the full Wim Hof Method technique from certified instructor, Sherri Sorro Delaplane.
This is a hands on training that explores Breathing, Ice Bathing, and how to develop Mindset/Focus to expand human performance and potential.
The classes will be no more than 20 participants in order to give personal instruction.
At the end of the workshop you will have gained knowledge, skills, and a renewed sense of inspiration to continue with your training in the Wim Hof Method. This workshop is inspiring, informative, experiential, and fun.

WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE FOR THE WORKSHOP?
Cold showers. Begin with 10 seconds and increase every couple days working up to a minute or two. It's easy to adapt this way, just turn on the cold at the end of your warm shower. Because your hands and feet are more sensitive to cold you can experiment with putting just your hands or feet in a bucket or bowl of cold water. You can also jump in the ocean without a wetsuit for 5-10 minutes :)

Is there a minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Must be 18 or with parent.
Note: If you are pregnant, or have epilepsy you will not be able to practice this method. If you have major health issues or a heart condition please consult with your physician before practicing the Wim Hof Method.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring a light lunch, (there will be snacks and water provided) Swim clothes (can be bathing suit, shorts and tank top or whatever you are comfortable getting in the water wearing) Flip flops, a yoga mat if you have one or a thick blanket to put on the ground. Towel. Sun hat or visor if you like.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothes. Shorts, sweats, yoga type, (also bring something warm for after the cold exposure)
Anything else I need to know?
Yes, please be considerate of others that may have allergies or sensitivities to perfumes, essential oils, skin care products etc., and refrain from wearing for this event. Thank you.
