On behalf of The WILLFUL Foundation, Inc. you and your guest(s) are cordially invited to attend the WILLFUL Foundation's 2nd Annual Black-Tie Gala Dinner. 2016 marked the Foundation’s 1st Anniversary and 2017's commemoration professes to be a true celebration of our vision and service to the community and its members.
The WILLFUL Foundation’s 2nd Annual Black-Tie Gala Dinner is a true formal celebration that honors award recipients, provides networking and soliciting opportunities for donors, sponsors, and attendees, and is an annual occasion for community members to enjoy a relaxing night out filled with food, fun, entertainment, and fellowship.
The WILLFUL Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to helping low- income families and individuals with disabilities elevate their quality of life through improving educational outcomes, exposure to broadening experiences, and exploring career opportunities.
Our Vision: A world where all people are exposed to quality education, cultural experiences, and career broadening opportunities.
Our Mission: To equip low income families and individuals with disabilities with essential strategies, tools, and resources necessary to become future leaders.
Our Focus/Who We Serve: We currently devote our time and energy to passionately advocate for the disabled and low income families primarily in Marlboro County (SC).
What is the Dress Attire?
Formal Dress. Don't forget your dancing shoes!!! Men traditionally wear tuxedos or black suits, but not required. Female gowns and dresses can be any color or style. Please Google "Gala Gowns" for ideas for female attendees.
What is included with the cost of my ticket?
Food, beverages, live entertainment, silent auction, and special guests. See details below:

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Tickets are transferrable. We ask that you please inform us immediately if they plan to transfer the ticket to someone else, so we can make changes to the table cards and other records.
Am I able to pay for my ticket(s) in person instead of through the Eventbrite website?
Yes. Tickets may be purchased in-person prior to the event. Please contact Mr. Anthony Fuller at (910) 995-8861 for more information on in-person ticket purchasing and travel arrangements/accommodations. In-Person payments must be made in cash, as no checks will be accepted. Additionally, in-person tickets purchasing ends 7 days prior to the event start.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Yes. However, due to extra processing and coordination, at door ticket purchase will be at a premium ($70 per person regardless of age and can only be paid in cash)
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Printed tickets are not required, but highly recommended to increase efficiency. There will be a check-in roster at the front door. If guest does not have his/her ticket, then photo identification will be required; identification must match the name on our roster.
What is the refund policy?
***NO REFUNDS (FUNDS CAN BE DONATED OR CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON) ***
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Registration/ticket must match the attendee. This will be strictly enforced to ensure compliance. There will be no entry for persons who are not on the check-in roster on the day of the event. Please see questions above regarding ticket transferability.
Will security be provided at this event?
Yes. Security is our top priority and will be strictly enforced by officers from the Marlboro County Sheriff Department.
Will alcoholic beverages be available?
No. This is a alcohol-free event. Alcoholic beverage will NOT be sold and will NOT be available at or during the event, NOR will outside alcoholic beverages be permitted inside of the venue.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Child tickets are available for ages 10 - 15. Ages 16 and above must purchase an adult ticket. Please see ticket prices for Early Bird and Regular Child Ticket prices.
Are tickets tax-deductible?
The WILLFUL Foundation, Inc. is a US public charity (EIN #47-5453831), recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from Federal tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the tax code. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for your contribution. Please consult your tax advisor to determine whether you are eligible to claim a deduction associated with your donation to this event.
