Is your energy low or not there at all? Do you have body aches and pain that can’t be explained by over-use or injury? Are you having a hard time losing weight no matter how hard you try? Do you have some sort of medical condition or ailment that medication hasn’t helped? These symptoms may be directly related to the foods you eat – even the food you may think is “healthy”. So how do you know if (and how) these foods are affecting you? Join certified Whole Foods Chef, Hillori Hansen and Personal Chef, Brigitte Theriault for a 4 week intensive course featuring The Whole30. Each week they will guide you through a 2 hour session of cooking, learning and support, to possibly change the way you think about food and how it affects your everyday life. The first week’s topic will be an introduction to the Whole30 and how to start taking back your health. Our menu will feature foods from Mexico including, Chipotle Lime Roasted Shrimp, Barbacoa Stuffed Peppers with Wholly Guacamole and a Cinnamon Spiced Hot Chocolate. Come and see what the Whole 30 is all about. Note: Classes will be held the first 4 Thursdays in March. To grasp the full concept and have support through 30 days, all 4 classes are recommended. Those who attend all 4 classes will receive The Whole30 guide and cookbook by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig. Each class will be sold separately.
