It has been a long year. Our bodies are not meant to deal with long term chronic stress. This has put a toll on our nervous system. Spring is here and it is time to feel better!

From the comfort of your home, join me online for a 1 hour of self care. Take a pause in your week to rest, digest and recover. We all need to take care of ourselves.

In this course we will explore:

  • How to meditate ( beginners to experienced)
  • Dealing will anxiety or thought loops
  • Mindfulness
  • Breathing or Pranayama
  • Stress management techniques
  • Compassion techniques

This course is for adults. No experience needed
