Join the BLK ProjeK on Friday January 13th as we usher in a new year and introduce ourselves to the larger NYC community. Who are we, what we do and what do we have planned?An evening of education, entertainement, good food and fun!
The evening promises to be one filled with livliness, laughter and libations.
Proceeds from the event will go to supporting The BLK ProjeK's programs such as the community led produce market, a food vendor incubation project, the Libertad Urban Farm proposal and the revival of the Holistic Hood series.
We are excited about the possibilities of 2012 come celebrate with us and get involved!

About us -The BLK ProjeK seeks to create economic development opportunities that address food justice, environmental justice and public and mental health. These opportunities empower underserved women of color by creating businesses that are facilitated by small food busines creation, urban agriculture, political education, beautification of community spaces and holistic health programming.
