Event description


This is an 8-week program designed to help participants learn how behavior can impact lifestyle choices.

Wednesdays, February 6th - April 3rd

Classes meet weekly and participants learn about various topics including:

¨ Physiology of Weight Loss

¨ Defining Fats and Eating for Fat Loss

¨ How Stress Impacts Food Choices

¨ General Nutrition

¨ Smart Snacking

¨ Portion Distortion

All participants will receive a workbook that has activities to complete during each week of the program. We hope you join us for these educational opportunities.
