The Voice of Hospitality Summit
Event Information
Description
The Voice of Hospitality Summit is the first event to specifcally focus on voice tech (e.g. Amazon's Alexa, Google's Assistant, Apple's Siri, Samsung's Bixby, and others) within modern hospitality: restaurants, hotels, travel and beyond.
Executives, marketers, developers, and strategists working within hospitality will be there from across the world.
Keynoting The Voice of Hospitality Summit will be Michael Atkinson, CEO of Orderscape. Microsoft is the Presenting Sponsor.
Score Publishing CEO Bradley Metrock will lead the day off with some original research on how voice tech (more properly, voice-first technology) is being used within restaurants and hotels to great effect...and sometimes, to not so great effect. Metrock's video interview with Mark Cuban is here and his recent article for Harvard Business Review is here: Your Company Needs A Strategy For Voice Technology.
Closing the day will be a cocktail reception hosted at the Legacy Food Hall's outdoor terrace, a short walk away from the Renaissance Legacy where the conference will take place.
