In just a few short months, the COVID-19 pandemic brought the world to a standstill, and changed the way businesses collaborate with, market to, and transact with customers as we adapt to the new normal.

Pre-pandemic there was already alot of pressure on companies to be more authentic and transparent in our age of the 24/7 news cycle, real-time social media channels and online reviews.
