Have you always dreamed of better understanding the science of cooking but haven't had the appropriate kitchen or wherewithal to start? Get ready to amp up your culinary know-how with exclusive classes hosted by The Village's very own executive chef, Luis Sanchez! During these 2.5-hour courses, we'll give you access to a fully-equipped kitchen, high-end technology and expert cooking techniques that will be valuable to both novices and experienced chefs alike.

On the menu:

  • Starter: Compressed fruit + greens salad with honey vinaigrette and bee pollen.
  • Entree: Sous vide chicken thigh with grilled asparagus and pumpkin seed gremolata, pickled petite red onions, and lemon gastrique.


Techniques you'll learn:

  • Sous vide cookery
  • Chicken butchery
  • Pan searing
  • Vegetable grilling
  • Basic knife skills
  • Quick pickles
