Your 2016 Vagina Monologues Ticket includes access to our pre show V-Day Soiree beginning at 7:30 pm in the Conference Center at the Tahoe Beach Retreat with drinks, silent auction and raffle! We will be opening doors at 6:30 for Dinner service presented by The Tahoe Beach Retreat. Additional tickets required for dinner. All dinner reservations must be made by February 21st. Music will be provided by the Lovely Miss Molly Mae from 6:30-8pm both evenings.

The Vagina Monologues returns for its 14th year in South Lake Tahoe. Join us for an unforgettable evening in the sharing of prose, pain, love, laughter and life. Our cast is made up of community members, students, mothers, daughters, sisters, new-to-the-stage and seasoned performers. V-Day is a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls, by raising funds and awareness. Productions like this and other V-Day benefit events organized by volunteer activists take place around the world, educating millions of people about the reality of violence against women and girls.

The award-winning play The Vagina Monologues is based on V-Day Founder/playwright Eve Ensler’s interviews with more than 200 women. With humor and grace the production celebrates women’s sexuality and strength. Over the last 19 years, through this play and the liberation of this one word, countless women throughout the world have taken control of their bodies and their lives.
